On November 30, 2022, Mattel, Inc. (“Mattel”) issued an irrevocable notice of redemption to holders of its 3.150% Notes due 2023 (the “2023 Notes”) for the redemption of all $250 million outstanding aggregate principal amount of the 2023 Notes. The redemption date for the 2023 Notes will be December 30, 2022. The redemption price for the 2023 Notes will be calculated in accordance with the indenture governing the 2023 Notes and will be equal to 100% of the principal amount of the 2023 Notes being redeemed plus accrued and unpaid interest to but excluding the redemption date.
