On March 18, 2014, Meredith Corporation (the Company) was advised by director James R. Craigie that he was resigning from the Board of Directors (the Board) of the Company effective May 7, 2014. Mr. Craigie’s decision to resign from the Board was solely for personal reasons and did not involve any disagreement with the Company, the Company’s management, or the Board.
