On April 6, 2016, Theodore H. Bunting, Jr., Group President, Utility Operations advised Entergy Corporation ("Entergy") that he intends to retire from his positions with Entergy and its subsidiaries in the second quarter of 2017. Mr. Bunting also serves as a Director and Group President, Utility Operations of Entergy Louisiana, LLC.
