On November 2, 2012, Questar Gas Company authorized the issue and sale of $40,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 2.98% Senior Notes, Series A, due December 1, 2024 and $110,000,000 aggregate principal amount of its 3.28% Senior Notes, Series B due December 1, 2027.
