On December 16, 2013, the company released on its website a letter to the shareholders of the company (“The Shareholder Letter”) written by Nick A. Caporella, Chairman and Chief Executive Officerentitled “2013 . . . Compelling!”. The Shareholder Letter, which is also being mailed to shareholders, is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
On December 16, 2013 the company also issued a news release containing excerpts from The Shareholder Letter. This news release stated The Shareholder Letter is being mailed to all shareholders and is available in its entirety on the company’s website. The release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
