Significant Accounting Policies [Text Block] | 1. Basis of Presentation The condensed consolidated financial statements include the accounts of National Beverage Corp. and its subsidiaries. Significant intercompany transactions and accounts have been eliminated. The accompanying interim unaudited condensed consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with United States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission for interim financial reporting.
