ITEM 8.01 Other Events.
On July 28,2005, we announced that the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia granted the company’s Motion to Dismiss the securities class-action complaint naming NDCHealth Corporation and certain of its officers and advisors as defendants.
A copy of the press release issued by the Company is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
