Item 8.01 - Other Events.
On October 3, 2019, Fulton Financial Corporation and its bank subsidiary, Fulton Bank, N.A. received a letter from the United States Department of Justice (the “Department”), which indicates that the Department has completed its review of possible discriminatory lending by Fulton Financial Corporation and Fulton Bank, N.A. under the Fair Housing Act and Equal Credit Opportunity Act, and determined that the circumstances do not require enforcement action by the Department at this time.
