Item 1.01 | Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. |
On April 10, 2020, the Company entered into a First Amendment (the "Amendment") to its Sixth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement (the "Credit Agreement") with The Northern Trust Company evidencing a $15 million revolving loan (the "Revolving Loan"). Pursuant to the terms of the Amendment, the Revolving Loan was increased from $10 million to $15 million, and the maturity date of the Revolving Loan was extended from April 10, 2020 to April 9, 2021.
