This Amendment No. 1 ("Amendment") on Form 8-K/A amends and corrects the current report on Form 8-K of AsherXino Corporation (the "Company"), as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") on May 27, 2011 ("Form 8-K").
Correction on Bayo Odunuga as CEO and Board Member
Bayo Odunuga remains as a member of the Board of Directors (the Board and CEO of Asherxino Corporation).
