On September 28, 2005, US Airways, Inc. and US Airways Group, Inc. filed a monthly operating report for the month ended August 31, 2005 with the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia, Alexandria Division in connection with their voluntary petitions for reorganization under Chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code in Case No. 04-13819.
A copy of the monthly operating report is furnished as Exhibit 99 to this Form 8-K.
