ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.
On October 24, 2012, US Airways Group, Inc. (the “Company”) announced via press release the Company’s results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2012, provided an update to its financial and operational outlook for 2012, and conducted a publicly-available conference call discussing those results. A copy of the Company’s press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
