Six Flags Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend (Revised)

GRAND PRAIRIE, Texas — August 25, 2016 — Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (NYSE: SIX) announced today that its board of directors declared its third-quarter cash dividend of $0.58 per share of common stock. The revised record date is September 6, 2016 and the dividend will be payable September 12, 2016.
