Item 1.01. Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.
The Company filed a Form 8-K yesterday, December 20, 2011, relating to its refinancing that contained a typographical error. The sentence in Item 1.01 of said 8-K relating to fees and expenses should read: “The Company incurred approximately $25 million in fees and expenses in connection with the Credit Agreement and Repayment.”
