Item 8.01. Other Events.
On November 27, 2012, Six Flags Entertainment Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it is seeking to amend its existing bank credit facilities to, among other things, (i) reduce interest rates and (ii) permit incurrence of debt for restricted payment purposes. The Company expects any amendment to become effective by the end of 2012.
