On August 6, 2018, the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission ruled that the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation waived its authority to review an application by subsidiaries of National Fuel Gas Company (the “Company”) for a Clean Water Act permit for the Company’s Northern Access 2016 project, by failing to act within a year of receiving the application. The Company is developing a revised timeline for the project.
