ITEM 9. Trevor Fetter Named Tenet’s Chief Executive Officer.
On September 16, 2003, Tenet Healthcare Corporation issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors has named Trevor Fetter as the company’s chief executive officer. He also was elected to the Board of Directors, becoming its tenth member and the only management director. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and hereby is furnished.
