On June 14, 2010, Tenet Healthcare Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company has raised its outlook for 2010. A copy of the press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
As previously announced, Tenet management will speak at the Goldman Sachs Healthcare Conference on June 15, 2010 at 8:35 a.m. PT. At such time, management will discuss its 2010 outlook revision, as well as strategies for margin expansion. Tenet’s remarks will be available live by webcast and may be accessed through the investor relations section of Tenet’s Web site atwww.tenethealth.com.
