Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On July 14, 2023, Steven D. Provost, Executive Vice President and President of Maggiano’s Little Italy, notified Brinker International, Inc. (the “Company”) that he will retire from the Company at the end of August 2023. The Company made an announcement regarding Mr. Provost’s retirement on July 20, 2023, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
