The information in this report is based on a plan statement dated June 29, 2018. A Form 3 was filed on October 11, 2017, reporting the initial 2992.242 units held in the Brinker International, Inc. 401(k) Plan as of that date. The total number of Securities differs due to reinvestments within the Brinker International, Inc. 401(k) Plan.
