On March 3, 2004, American Healthways, Inc. announced that it will participate in the Seventh Annual Global Healthcare Conference hosted by Lehman Brothers from March 3 to March 5 in Miami and will conduct a presentation on March 5, 2004 which will be broadcast live on the Web.
