Appointment of Director
On October 21, 2015, Cyril Nicholas Narishkin was appointed as an additional member of the Board of Directors of Repro Med Systems, Inc. Mr. Narishkin started his career in management at Texas Instruments (1986 - 1997). He then held successful senior corporate executive positions with Supply Velocity (1997 - 2001 & 2008 to current), Paric Corporation (2008 - 2009), and Essex Industries (2001 - 2008). He has been an Adjunct Professor at Washington University in St. Louis’ Olin Business School, and at Saint Louis University’s Cook School of Business. Mr. Narishkin received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Tufts University (Magna cum Laude) and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from Olin Business School, Washington University in St. Louis.
