Explanation of Responses:

1. Reflects the transfer of shares between Amandla II LLC and Amandla LLC. Amandla MK Trust owns 100% of Amandla II LLC and Amandla II LLC owns 100% of Amandla LLC. Accordingly, such transfer constitutes a mere change in form of indirect beneficial ownership and is not separately reported.

This Form 4 is being filed by the Amandla MK Trust and by Patrick E. Beans, as Special Holdings Direction Adviser under the Amandla MK Trust.
