Greenville, South Carolina – On June 23, 2009, the Board of Directors concluded that no dividend would be declared or paid by the Company with regard to the second quarter of 2009. On June 26, 2009, the Company mailed a letter to shareholders regarding this decision and has elected to furnish the letter as an exhibit to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
