Greenville, South Carolina – On December 28, 2009, the Company mailed the attached letter to shareholders communicating to them the Board of Directors’ decision regarding the dividend on common stock for the fourth quarter 2009, an update on the Company’s progress in relation to the Strategic Project Plan implemented by the Board of Directors in June 2009, and the management transition effective January 1, 2010 that was communicated at the May 2009 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
