Palmetto Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”) is participating in the Keefe, Bruyette and Woods Virginia/Carolina Bank Conference being held in Pinehurst, North Carolina on September 13 and 14, 2012. The Company is conducting meetings on Friday, September 14, 2012 with various members of the financial and investing community and will provide the presentation attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
