Explanation of Responses:

1. On June 12, 2024, the Issuer effected a 1-for-5 reverse stock split (the "Reverse Stock Split"). The number of securities reported on this Form 4 have been adjusted to reflect the Reverse Stock Split.

2. Each Restricted Stock Unit represents the right to receive, at settlement, one share of common stock.

3. On July 27, 2023, the Reporting Person was granted 15,155 Restricted Stock Units (after giving effect to the Reverse Stock Split). As to this grant, one-third of the Restricted Stock Units vested on July 27, 2024, one-third of the Restricted Stock Units are scheduled to vest on July 27, 2025, and one-third of the Restricted Stock Units are scheduled to vest on July 27, 2026, subject to the Reporting Person continuing to provide service through such date.
