As of October 13, 2017, Tristan Offshore Fund Ltd., Tristan Partners, L.P. and Separated Managed Accounts ("SMAs") owned in the aggregate 2,078,862 shares of the Common Stock of Digirad Corporation. Cannell Capital LLC acts as the investment adviser to Tristan Offshore Fund, Ltd. and the SMAs, and is the general partner of and investment adviser to Tristan Partners, L.P.
