On October 22, 2014, NBTY, Inc. (the “Company”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Alphabet Holding Company, Inc. (“Holdings”), and Holdings each announced the resignation of Glenn Schneider from his position as President Global Wholesale of the Company and Holdings, effective October 31, 2014. Further details regarding any plans, contracts, or arrangements in connection with Mr. Schneider’s resignation are not currently available.
