Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 13, 2017, NCR Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release relating to a proposed transaction with certain existing stockholders of the Company affiliated with The Blackstone Group L.P. The release includes an updated financial outlook for the Company’s first quarter and fiscal year 2017. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
