On September 4, 2007, the Company issued a press release stating that Gregory Flynn, Executive Vice President and General Manager of the QSI Division, will be absent for an indeterminate period while on a medical leave of absence. The Company is confident that Mr. Flynn’s responsibilities will be effectively managed during his absence. A copy of the Company’s press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
