Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
Dionex Corporation amended its Change in Control Severance Benefit Plan (the “Plan”), which amended Plan is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein, so that all stock awards under the Dionex Corporation 2004 Equity Incentive Plan have the same terms in connection with an event which would cause the acceleration of vesting of such awards under the Plan.
