Universal American Corp. held its first investor day on December 14, 2007. In its presentations at the investor day event, Universal American used the materials attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
In conjunction with the investor day event, Universal American issued a press release on December 14, 2007. The press release announced Universal American’s guidance for 2008. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.2.
