CONDENSED FINANCIAL STATEMENTS | |
The interim condensed financial statements have been prepared pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Securities and Exchange Commission from the accounts of Arbor Entech Corporation (the “Company”) without audit; however, in the opinion of management, the information presented reflects all adjustments of a normal recurring nature which are necessary to present fairly the Company’s financial position and results of operations and cash flows for the periods presented. It is recommended that these condensed financial statements be read in conjunction with the financial statements and the notes thereto included in the Company’s fiscal year 2013 Annual Report on Form 10-K filed on July 24, 2013 and other financial reports filed by the Company from time to time. |

On December 1, 2011, the Board of Directors has approved and the majority of stockholders have consented to an increase in the authorized capital stock from 10,000,000 common shares, $.001 par value, to 101,000,000 shares of capital stock, consisting of 100,000,000 shares of common stock, $.001 par value, and 1,000,000 shares of preferred stock, $.001 par value. The preferred stock shall be issuable in series with such rights, preferences and terms as determined by the board of directors. The Certificate of Amendment to the Company’s Certificate of Incorporation was filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware on January 4, 2012. |
