PhotoMedex Regains Compliance with Nasdaq’s Minimum Bid Price Requirement
MONTGOMERYVILLE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--PhotoMedex, Inc. (Nasdaq: PHMD) announced that it received notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market (“Nasdaq”) on March 10, 2008 saying the Company regained compliance with the $1.00 minimum bid price requirement for continued listing on Nasdaq’s Global Market exchange under Marketplace Rule 4450(a)(5). In the letter, Nasdaq advised the Company that this matter is now closed.
The Company had until May 19, 2008 to regain compliance with the minimum bid price rule. The common stock closed at $1.00 or more per share since February 19, 2008.
