Item 1.01 Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement.

Nevada Power Company and IBEW Local 396 reached consensus on a new collective bargaining agreement (CBA). The new agreement, which is substantially similar to the previous CBA, will be in place for a three-year period ending February 1, 2008. The agreement was ratified on the evening of April 7, 2005 and includes updates for a general wage increase and minor modifications to the benefit provisions for union membership.
