1. Represents Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) acquired pursuant to the dividend equivalent provisions of the Reporting Person's outstanding RSU awards.

2. Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) granted under the Issuer's Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock on March 7, 2021 provided the Reporting Person remains employed by the Issuer at that time, subject to acceleration as provided in said Plan.

3. Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) granted under the Issuer's Incentive Plan. Each RSU represents the right to receive one share of the Issuer's common stock on April 4, 2022 provided the Reporting Person remains employed by the Issuer at that time, subject to acceleration as provided in said Plan.
