On June 11, 2009, ACCO Brands Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it had completed the sale of its commercial print finishing business to Cosmo Films Limited. The purchase price was approximately $17.1 million in a combination of cash and a promissory note. The purchase price is subject to certain post-closing adjustments. Attached as Exhibit 99.1 is a copy of the press release relating to the Company’s announcement, which is incorporated herein by reference.
