On November 29, 2006, Forrest M. Schneider tendered his resignation from the Board of Directors of ACCO Brands Corporation (the “Company”) to be effective on November 30, 2006.
With the resignation of Mr. Schneider, the Company’s Board will have eight members until a search to replace Mr. Schneider is completed.
