FIRST MERCHANTS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND

First Merchants Corporation declared a cash dividend on August 14, 2014 of $0.08 per share, payable on September 19, 2014, to shareholders of record on September 5, 2014. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-date of the cash dividend is September 3, 2014.
