FIRST MERCHANTS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND

First Merchants Corporation declared a cash dividend on May 4, 2015 of $0.11 per share, a 38% increase over the prior quarter. The dividend is payable on June 19, 2015 to shareholders of record on June 5, 2015. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-date of the cash dividend is June 3, 2015.
