FIRST MERCHANTS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND

First Merchants Corporation declared a cash dividend on February 6, 2024 of $0.34 per share. The dividend is payable on March 15, 2024, to shareholders of record as of March 1, 2024. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-date of the cash dividend is February 29, 2024.
