FIRST MERCHANTS CORPORATION ANNOUNCES CASH DIVIDEND

First Merchants Corporation declared a cash dividend on May 7, 2024 of $0.35 per share. The dividend is payable on June 21, 2024, to shareholders of record as of June 7, 2024. For purposes of broker trading, the ex-date of the cash dividend is June 6, 2024.
