On March 25, 2024, the Compensation & Human Resources Committee (the “Committee”) of the Board of Directors of First Commonwealth Financial Corporation (the “Company”) approved an increase in the base salary of T. Michael Price, the Company’s President and Chief Executive Officer, from $600,000 to $700,000 per year. The salary increase is effective as of March 1, 2024.
