In a press release dated January 25, 2002, Compaq Computer Corporation (“Compaq”) (NYSE: CPQ) provided financial guidance for fiscal year 2002 of $0.32 earnings per share, an increase of $0.07 from previous analyst consensus of $0.25 per share.
