On April 29, 2008, NewBridge Bancorp issued a press release announcing the earnings for the first quarter of 2008. A copy of the press release is attached to this filing as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Appointment of Principal Officers
On April 29, 2008, NewBridge Bancorp issued a press release announcing the retirement of Robert F. Lowe as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 30, 2008. Mr. Lowe will continue as Chairman of the Boards of Directors of NewBridge Bancorp and its subsidiary, NewBridge Bank. A copy of the press release is attached to this filing as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
