On April 2, 2007, Community Banks, Inc. (“Community”) issued a press release announcing completion of the mergers with East Prospect State Bank and BUCS Financial Corp, effective April 1, 2007. The press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
