Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers
On August 23, 2019, Mr. Paul D. Koonce provided notice of his intent to step down as Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer – Power Generation Group of Dominion Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) and its subsidiaries, effective December 1, 2019. Mr. Koonce will remain with the Company as Executive Vice President and Strategic Advisor to support transition until his retirement on February 1, 2020.
