NEWTON, Mass. — June 8, 2010 —Clinical Data, Inc. (NASDAQ: CLDA) today announced that it intends to offer all remaining shares of common stock on its existing shelf registration statement in an underwritten public offering. BMO Capital Markets Corp. is acting as the sole book running manager, with Wedbush PacGrow Life Sciences and Roth Capital Partners, LLC as co-managers in the offering.
The offering is being made pursuant to effective shelf registration statements filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
