On March 2, 2005, Milacron Inc. issued a News Release announcing its decision to use the net proceeds from a recently completed rights offering to pay down short-term debt and add to its cash position which will improve the company's liquidity and financial flexibility. A copy of the News Release is incorporated herein as Exhibit 99.1
